I find so many people struggling to learn about this and that different school of thought or philosophy, or a certain technique expecting happiness on the other end of perfecting the lessons and the teachings, but I think this very system is what fails many people.
The simple way is to be content and aware in the present moment, this is the end goal, but it is also the entire lesson in itself, I know that it sounds like a hard thing but it's really not, you just do it, it's easy, give it a try
