ok so ill start from the beginning it all began when one night i had the vibrations and then the sleep paralysis, this confused me a lot and in a way was really scary for my first experience, eventually while browsing on the internet i saw some stuff about obes and astral projection, after reading this stuff i found out what i had experienced, so i began to try and leave my body during sleep but every time i tried i was unsuccessful and always had a feeling of it being a bad experience, one time i felt as if someone was attacking me and trying to choke me, and one time i tried it at my friends house i thought i saw a black figure standing over me and it seemed to be screaming at me, and then just this week i saw the figure (seeming to have black eyes) standing beside my bed i tried this time to reach out of my body and push away this figure, this is when i felt as if it was biting my feet like a weird piercing feeling also possibly comparable to finger nails, this is when i began to think that this figure may not have resided in my friends house but maybe follows me around, i now am always feeling like someone is there spiritually and i feel as if they have some sort of negative energies about them, if someone has any idea what is happening and could give me some advice that may help me astral project it would be greatly appreciated
