Yea, everything he said is true... a history lesson; I guess it could be profound if you've never though of life that way before.

It is the beginning of the path which leads to the realization that we are made of energy, the universe is energy, that there is no separation between anything.

It is a mind expanding thing to think about time, not in a linier way, but in a all encompassing way. This is actually how you begin astral projecting, by putting your mind in more expanded views of the universe and contemplating the structure. When you visualize this, you are in a sense astral projecting.. kind of cool, it's not a physical thing though, you just "go" there in your mind.

I once hear, and think it is true that " "reality" exists, do to our inability to perceive everything at once"
