hello everyone!!

Also xcerca and anyone else reading this...I wanted to know what this experience is called.
As I'm working on my blog at [url] www.astraljuice.com [/url],I notice that something writes other than me.
This explains why after I've written the post I read it again a couple of times but don't know what it means.
I seem to get a semi-photostatic picture of some of the post in my head then I just paste unto the blog whatever was there in the first place.The photostatic includes a picture similar to the one I end up posting on "my blog".
So my question would be;has anyone heard of this/had a similar experience/know what this is called.
Any help would be appreciated and thanks.

What you're experiencing could be a state of meditation. A lot of people think that meditating is sitting cross-legged on a floor and saying "OM" a million times, but it's really something that changes from person to person. While there are more disciplined versions of it (such as sitting cross-legged on a floor and saying "OM" a million times), but there are also other ways to enter a meditative state. Maybe writing is your portal, so to speak. Maybe you go into a trance and your soul writes for you, free of the restrictions and judgments of your conscious mind.

Another possibility is that maybe a spirit guide is trying to speak with you. The human mind is a very busy place and it's easy to miss the subtle messages spirit guides send us.

Yes I do identify with the trance thing you're saying here.
Especially in the very early hours.
So I am blessed with the fact most of the article writes itself rather that having to go through each piece and having to put everything together.
I usually do my meditation practice in the morning as well,so maybe my mind is in another place altogether in those hours ad this allows me the reception.
