2012

As we rapidly approach Dec 21 2012 and the earth moves across the equator of our Milky Way galaxy people from all walks of life are predicting everything from a polar shift, to a asteroid strike, to first contact with aliens, to the dawning of global enlightenment. Such predictions are based on the Mayan calender among others. Personally, I think there will be no significant events on that day, but this seems like a good topic for a future predictions thread. So, fire away people. Let the predictions commence.

I don't ponder what will happen as '2012' happens.

I believe that we are a small part of something much bigger than we can possibly understand. I am open to every idea that has every been suggested as to why we exist here on earth as people but I never need an explanation as to why we exist here. I have found a path and I follow it.

Whatever happens I am part of and it is part of my path. I will adapt and live in sync with any changes which I believe will take place only as a means to continue life in all forms no matter how immensely big or small in size.

The people who hold a fear so to speak as to what will happen later this year are akin to those who don't want to taste a strange source of food because they don't know what it tastes like. To live is to experience. If we are not willing to live a complete life that is held inside each of us we will end up dedicating our time trying to explain and understand what is happening whilst missing all changing around us.

Just experience life without having to give everything a name to go along with our habit of always trying to create a human reason as to what is what and why it is so. We can name events etc and we can write a million pages explaining it's significance but we are going to miss out as a result.

We all see the world in a very unique way.

However, we don't all live uniquely because everything is explained to us all we follow to suit. As if we are being told how to live.

Think freely and manifest whatever you want '2012' to be into the 'reality' you live.

If you think that the world will explode then in your world that will happen.

Enjoy life. It is not a puzzle one has to figure out and explain.

It is an experience that only you live. It is all yours.

'2012' will be whatever you want it to be.

Sounds to me like you understand that you are a creator and are the cause rather than the effect. Well said.

That is just how I see it. We are all our own 'God'.

In a world where we are constantly directed towards what others want us to do it is ultimately ourselves who make the choices which bring us forward and lead us towards new experiences.

Well, perhaps this explains why this thread is so dead.
